Shipping & Returns
When can I expect my order?
All orders require up to 1-3 business days for production of handmade items and order processing before dispatch to you, shipping estimates are calculated at checkout.
- If your address is invalid or your items are out of stock, you will receive an email from us at hello@stargazercharms.com
- If we receive no response after 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
You will receive an email notification containing your tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

What is your returns policy?
We would be happy to help you return your order!
Our policy is that returns will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item.
The item must be sent back to us in the original new condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

In your email please include:
- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will have 7 days to send your item back to us.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Stargazer Charms will not be liable for items damaged or lost in return transit - we suggest choosing a tracked shipping service with signature upon delivery.
Once we have received your return and ensured it is in new condition you will be issued with a refund within 5 business days with email confirmation.
Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.
The original cost of shipping is non-refundable and will not be added to your refund.
Do you do exchanges?
If you think you chose the wrong item or fancied something else, we can process exchanges up to 7 days after you received your item for an item of the same value. To enquire about an exchange, please contact hello@stargazercharms.com

- Requested Product for Exchange
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will have 7 days from your inital purchase to send your item back to us.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I change my order details?
Depending on the type of delivery you chose when placing your order, you may be able to change the delivery address.
If you chose standard delivery, you can contact us up to 24 hours after you placed your order at hello@stargazercharms.com. Please include your order number, and correct address details in the email and we will be able to process the address change for you.
If you selected next day delivery, unfortunately you won't be able to change the delivery address.
